- The candidate will be handling end to end TA process and hiring
- The candidate should have mix experience in hiring : niche hiring, startup hiring, senior level hiring.
- Talent acquisition (Non-tech hiring)-Assist and design the strategy for non tech hiring, should be hands on.
- Assess talent needs of the business/function by following Org design principles and work with TAT in ensuring optimum staffing levels.
- Responsible to drive the complete talent agenda for the organization including building talent strategy, driving campus programs, building teams to drive hiring across levels.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with Business Leaders & Hiring Communities, understanding their business and providing candidates that are the right fit for the organization.
Define and develop attraction and recruiting strategies for Builder that are innovative and a break from the norm.
- Be a subject matter expert for recruitment, using knowledge and experience to meet robust hiring targets.
- Deliver a data driven recruitment service to senior stakeholders, utilising market intelligence to ensure Builder remains competitive in a demanding recruitment environment.
- Understand the benefits of having a diverse, multicultural business and be a representative of our diversity ambitions at all times
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
