Looking for a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition with 10+ years of proven work experience as an HR Talent acquisition professional or a similar role.

- Must have at least 5+ years of experience in hiring for Banking and financial services or asset management company or a specialist non tech hiring recruitment consultancy catering to similar companies

Hiring for niche roles related in Finance, credit, risk and institutional business development domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive Talent Acquisition function with the overall goal to recruit and hire exceptional talent. Hire for niche finance related function and source from the following sectors : Fintech, Banking, NBFCs, Financial services, asset management, investment management etc.

- Design and implement Innovative Talent Attraction strategies. Continuously evolve the ways to hunt talent, pitch our organization to attract world-class talent.

- Take the challenges, such as relatively lesser known brand, talent mobility to locations, talent supply, market competition, shifting goals, etc., head on. Anticipate and and solve for every situation in hiring.

- Creatively source high calibre candidates by maximizing social media, job portals, employee referrals, cold calling and other resource tools.

- Influence hiring decisions by assessing talent through behavioural based interviews, facilitating selection decisions and extending job offers.

- Track analytical data regarding all facets of the hiring process, to include sourcing effectiveness, offer rate, accept rate and other analysis as needed.

- Build strong partnerships with team leads, identify talent gaps to proactively manage staffing needs and drive staffing solutions.

- Develop external talent pipelines for critical positions and supporting in business continuity through faster turnarounds.

- Initiate and drive special projects to elevate the recruiting process and implement creative methods to find top-tier candidates.
