- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports the company's short-term and long-term hiring goals, reflecting an understanding of fintech industry dynamics and trends.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the company's growth objectives, workforce planning needs, and talent gaps, translating them into actionable recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across departments to ensure a deep understanding of their hiring needs and alignment with talent acquisition strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Implement effective recruitment metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the success of talent acquisition initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes.
- Stay current with industry best practices, market trends, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition, adapting strategies to remain competitive in attracting top talent.
- Collaborate with the employer branding and marketing teams to create and maintain a strong employer brand that resonates with potential candidates.
- Explore and manage partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities to expand the talent pool.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse candidate pipeline and an inclusive hiring process.
Profile :
- 3-6 Years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of [2+] years in a leadership or management role, ideally within the fintech, product tech sectors.
- Should have managed a team.
