About the Company: We are hiring for a Fintech company incorporated in 2017. An India-specific solution by developing a first-of-its-kind Invoice Discounting Exchange for MSMEs to get access to collateral free, on-demand and instant funding, with a long-term strategy of building a B2B lending & B2B commerce ecosystem within Supply Chains leveraging our data infrastructure and financier network. Key Role & Responsibilities : - You will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting ; direct sourcing and through recruitment partners - Manage end to end hiring process from sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations to on- boarding - Ensure that hiring goals are achieved on time - Coordinate work closely with the business & leadership to undertake manpower planning identify current and future human resource requirements - Identify right talent pools, undertake benchmarking of peer organisations to help define company's hiring strategy - Support the company in various other HR functions e.g. Performance management, career paths, compensation & benefits management etc. - Support in setting up best-in-class company-wide HR systems, policies and processes Skills/ Qualities Required : - Ability to identify talent and establish fit with company - Ability to handle tight timelines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Ability to take initiative and work independently - Strong learning attitude - Understanding of general human resources processes, policies and procedures - Strong problem-solving, hustle and creative thinking - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a keen interest to work with people from diverse backgrounds Preferred experience : - Minimum 3 years experience in talent acquisition at a fast-growing start-up - Experience in recruitment of Mid to Senior level personnel (range of Rs. 15 L - 60 L) - Degree/Post Degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology, with overall 3-6 years of experience, especially in sourcing and talent acquisition
