Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition -Engineering and Tech Hiring
Job description:
- Design, build and manage the Talent Acquisition (TA) roadmap for the organization to create value for the business. Build the workforce plan and budget in alliance with all HODs.
- Liaison with Head HR and other HODs to align the Talent Acquisition (TA) roadmap with the business plan.
- Ensure TA teams alignment with the workforce plan, budget, TA roadmap and business plan.
- Build processes and practices within the team to enable appropriate and standardized talent acquisition.
- Keep a tab on new trends and developments in the talent acquisition space and incorporate the best practices to the ongoing projects.
- Drive campus placements during placement seasons, ensuring premium slots for the brand.
- Educate hiring managers on campus hiring strategy and their roles to successfully execute the same.
- A degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of working with ATS systems
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of various interviewing methods.
- Immediate joiner candidates will be preferred
- Hybrid/work from office preferred
