Senior Manager (Talent Acquisition - Contact Centre/BPO)

- You will be responsible for Talent Attraction, providing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening and on-boarding candidates & also be responsible for stakeholder management & process improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Talent Attraction, providing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening and on-boarding candidates & adhering compliance activities e.g. BGV completion, drug test etc.

- Creating a robust Talent Acquisition engine with an aim to bring forth recruitment efficiency.

- Lead and mentor a team of Recruiters for driving Recruitment delivery in a high performance environment.

- Hiring within TAT & attract the best-in-class talent for the organization, across all levels (Entry/ Lateral/ Leadership).

- Meeting hiring targets, salary budgets, cost per hire and SLAs as per the defined plan

- Develops sourcing plans through low cost channels and executes sourcing activities

- Conducts interviews, coordinates with line interviewers & doing negotiation

- Rolling our offers and contracts

- Identifies opportunities to improve processes and tools to meet recruitment targets

- Manage campaigns effectively and ensuring that the numbers of candidates being assessed reflects business requirements and that suitably qualified candidates are delivered on time.

- Vendor partner Management.

- Set internal standards on recruitment through benchmarking/best practices.

- Review data and assess external talent environment to forecast talent supply & needs.

- Organize recruitment events, online & offline to establish a strong employer brand.

Track recruitment metrics to measure and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring

Qualification And Experience:

i. At least 12+ years of relevant recruitment/sourcing related experience & Prior experience in BPO/Contact Centre hiring is required

ii. Previous experience in any ATS is preferred (Taleo, Success Factor etc.)

iii. Strong communications skills

iv. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence among peers, associates and applicants

v. Solutions-focused, able to sort through information and develop solutions quickly

vi. Comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and execute on assignments

vii. Detail oriented with practical approach to problem solving

viii. Able to manage high volume workload and have a flexible approach
