The incumbent would be responsible for:
1. The full spectrum of the hiring plan from identifying needs and shortlisting candidates to closing successful hires.
2. Exploring potential hiring needs and build long-term recruitment and succession plans.
3. Boosting the organization's brand and visibility by coordinating with key departments.
4. Handling the candidate and manage them throughout the selection process.
5. Working closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan.
6. Coordinating with service providers on sourcing for assigned positions.
7. Collating survey's and feedbacks from new joiners, managers, ex-employees.
8. Responsible for Employee Engagement & Employee Relations
Qualifications:
1. MBA/ PGDM with specialization in Human Resources.
2. Total Experience: 6-10 years with relevant 4-5 years experience in TA
3. Should have atleast 4-5 years experience in chemical Industry.
