A leading private life insurance company is looking for a Sr Manager - Talent Acquisition for their Central Sourcing team (internal sourcing team)

The team supports volume hiring for frontline sales roles for sales & distribution channels at a Pan India level.

Job responsibility -

- The role will manage a team size of 25 recruiters and 1 TL.

- Would be responsible to drive FLS volume hiring for Sales & Distribution channels at Pan India level through this team using direct sourcing channels that includes job portal, referrals and competition mapping.

- Would be responsible to manage lateral hiring position at individual level.

- Conceptualizing, designing and implementing hiring strategy along with Head Talent Acquisition, Zonal HR team and other TA managers to deliver on monthly hiring commitment for frontline sales, thereby supporting the Talent Acquisition function to increasing ROI ( Cost, time and quality of new hires).

- Develop sustain strong relationship with Zonal HR team, Other TA Managers of Corporate and business stakeholder through proactive communication and meeting regular commitment on FLS hiring.

- Refining and managing consistent sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes through the team that support a highly positive candidate experience.

- Conducting regular training session and feedback mechanism to improve recruiter efficiencies to recruit quality talent for FLS positions.

- Planning targets, monitoring proper implementation and performance of the team to ensure overall hiring target on daily, weekly and monthly are met in adherence to the set standards.

- Responsible for creating and managing internal database for FLS hiring.

- Responsible for regular reporting of team performance through reports and MIS.

- Accountable to compliance all minimum standards, governance processes and risk controls, including job posting minimum standards and business-specific standards.

Reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition.
