Role purpose:
The Role would be a part of the Talent Acquisition COE, responsible for leading Talent Acquisition COE interfaces for Enterprise Shared Services under Vodafone Shared Services India . The role would drive Governance, Hiring Strategy, key TA Agendas and initiatives for the Businesses/Functions, in order to have a robust Talent Acquisition framework which is scalable and sustainable. Key stakeholder management and driving efficiency in TA delivery through the HRSSC will form an integral part of this role. A keen focus on ensuring adherence to On-time hiring, Cost and Quality is critical for success of this role.
Key accountabilities (Role Description)
- Talent Acquisition COE Interface
- Ensure Process Adherence, Governance and SLA bound delivery through the HRSSC Liaise with Business for creation and deployment of long & short term operating plans.
- Resourcing Branding & innovative strategies for fulfilment
- Provide workforce as per business requirements and within defined timelines
- Manage pertaining Recruitment Costs and Budgets
- Act as a Business enabler by providing inputs/ recommendations on Talent Mapping and Availability in external market
- Process Improvements for efficiency.
Governance, Compliance:
- Drive overall compliance of Recruitment Process and ensure adherence to the laid down guidelines
- Resourcing Strategy : Planning, Forecasting, Channel Mix, Process & Guidelines for Businesses managed
- Drive success of key programs such as IJP, Employee Referral, Graduate Trainee programme etc.
- Align Talent acquisition Agenda to larger Business Goals - e.g Diversity, Cost & Quality etc.
Partnering with the Business:
- Effective Stakeholder Management
- Manage regular interfaces with the Business to ensure seamless connect.
- Analyse and present Market and hiring trends and Best Practices.
- Plan critical ramp-ups / expansions in conjunction with the Business
Innovation:
- Constantly drive innovation in our ways of working
- Build scalable and sustainable processes
- Manage and execute independent projects within HR, in line with the agreed Talent Acquisition strategy.
Education:
- Expertise in building and driving Hiring strategy, and related programs.
- Knowledge and hands on experience in driving innovative hiring strategies
- MBA (any) - HR preferred
