Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

Profile:

- Must have experience in setting up 500+ people delivery center from the scratch either BPO or IT

- Plans, develops and drives talent acquisition strategies in consultation with hiring leaders

- Manage end to end talent acquisition function

- Ensures that staffing needs are met in accordance with organizational staffing strategies.

- Establishes budgets, operational plans and performance requirements.


- Aligns operational plan with functional strategy and approach.

- People leadership experience with a proven ability to coach and develop and groom talent

- Ability to Influence leaders in taking complex decisions for the organization.

- Ability to partner effectively with global recruiting teams, HR business partners and other functional leaders.

- Administers programs designed to acquire talent through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures.

- Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in the talent acquisition process for candidates and business partners.

- Responsible for delivering on all TA metrics (Cost, Quality and Timeline)

- Resolves operational issues

- Hire, mentor and nurture the team

- Should have led a team of TA specialist and vendors

- Plays an advisory role to the business leaders on the Talent Strategy from the acquisition of Talent Perspective.

- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

- Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

Experience and Soft skills:

- 10 to 12 years of experience leading the recruiting function in BPO/IT

- Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

- Ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior leadership team and external business partners

- Ability to analyze and prioritize.

- Good problem solving and Analytical Thinking

- Look at external changes to provide strategic direction to teams internally to align execution

- Ability to take timely and meaningful decisions

- Preferably BE/BTech with MBA/MTech

 Salary is 25 to 30 lakhs Per Annum

This position reports to Vice President HR
