Job responsibility -
- Execute strategy, vision in hiring growth agenda for the BU with focus on cost and timely closure as per agreed TAT and ensure business hiring needs are met
- Stakeholder relationship development and management for BU
- Involved in business headcount projections planning for BU.
- Take on people responsibilities for a defined set of individuals and set their goals, deliver feedback, and coordinate appraisals
- Encourage behavior in the team that enables overall team's compliance to operational aspects, including accurate and timely completion of timesheets, creation of SOPs and process maps for deliverables
