Organization- Leading BFSI organization Role- Sr Manager- Talent Acquisition Location- Pune Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools - Driving the team to use internal sources (Employee Referrals) and External Jobs Portals (Naukri, IIM Jobs, Shine etc), LinkedIn to the fullest and also leveraging social media tools for talent branding and position closure - Recruitment automation, process mapping, reporting and MIS - Ensuring relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/ Business leadership group - Fostering the culture of maintaining daily, weekly, monthly recruitment and joining trackers - Keeping an eye on recruitment sourcing automation tools for increasing the efficiency of the team - Up-skill recruiting and sourcing specialist(s) to embed best practices of talent acquisition process into the sourcing team and to handle hiring at all levels
