Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - BFSI

Consult Blanco has been retained by one of our esteemed MNC BFSI client for Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition in Mumbai. This role will report to Head HR

Primary job responsibilities would be :

- Talent acquisition and recruitment

- Responsible for overall talent acquisition objectives within the company by reducing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire

- Provide overall strategic direction of Recruitment team initiatives with diverse lines of business

- Manpower mapping / Succession planning and recruitment

- Performance management and formulation of key Hr metrics

- Costing and budgeting for allocation of requisite resources

- Candidate connect and engagement

- Personnel management and liaise with vendors for in line with company protocol.

Pre-requisites for befitting candidates :

- Currently engaged as Talent acquisition specialist in an organization of repute

- Strong expertise into core recruitment, talent acquisition, talent management and manpower planning

- Should have team handling experience

- Minimum 10 years experience

- Currently working in BFSI
