The Sr Manager Talent Acquisition is a highly critical and a world-class recruitment function.
Specialized in the areas of core HR - Recruitment, Retention, Policies/Guidelines, Manpower Planning, and Vendor Management & Campus Recruitment/Engagement, Employee Engagement, Business Partnering
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in handling end to end recruitment functions (Volume Hiring/Leadership Hiring).
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in bulk, lateral, leadership and global hiring across (India and Philippines) .
- Managing the recruitment team to assess and meet hiring targets.
- Lead the campus recruitment program - advise the business on campuses to visit and other key decisions.
- Collaborate with the Hiring managers in identification of key role/ candidate requirements and finalizing selection strategy, SLA's, roles and accountabilities.
- Ensuring the recruitment needs as per business partners are met at all times
- Implement recruitment strategies identified to consolidate commitment to acquire and develop a diverse workforce
- Monitoring the recruitment process end-to-end and continuously recommend changes and improvements to align with business requirements
- Responsible for managing onboarding performance to meet set standards
- Drive high performance culture by improving the quality of the team by regular coaching & guidance
- Ensuring all new migration and backfill recruitments are as per the SLA
- Hire from best and the most cost effective channels, in order to hire the best quality of resources, thereby positively impacting the business
- Lead key initiatives/programs such as channels enhancement, recruitment process outsourcing.
