Job Purpose:
- The role involves designing and anchoring of Talent Acquisition initiatives across the areas of hiring experience, governance, reporting, process excellence and process implementation
Responsibilities:
NOTE- APPLICANT MUST BE FROM A PREMIER B-SCHOOL
- Drive campus hiring including campus engagements to ensure interview processes are driven seamlessly for our Graduate Programs and other campus needs
- Responsible for closure of all senior recruitment mandates within agreed timelines
- Govern & optimize usage of in-house and external job portals
- Market mapping to identify talent for all critical roles
- Devise hiring plan leveraging social media, including increasing traffic to career page
- Hiring manager & candidate experience audit and improvement across the recruitment life cycle
- Work closely with HR BPs to ensure recruitment timelines are adhered to across all levels
- Creation of job value proposition for all roles
- Revamp recruitment related policies
- Drive change management for SAP implementation across the organization
- Responsible for publishing regular, accurate and up-to-date recruitment statuses and maintaining all recruitment related data on positions
Compensation range-40-42 LPA
