Key Responsibilities :

Position Summary:

As a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in developing Talent Acquisition strategies aligning with business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on strategic workforce planning and ensure seamless execution of requirement lifecycle, Recruitment programs and initiatives.

This role requires strategic thinking, workflow management, and proven stakeholder management experience, which leads to engage high potential talent and ultimately contributes to enable seamless business.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.

- Lead and develop a team of recruiters, to ensure high performance to successfully manage recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to with continuous process improvement.

- Build strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

- Take a lead of Management and above level hiring.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to share insights with key stakeholders and to make data-driven decisions.

- Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking events to promote the employer brand and attract top talent.

Technical Skills:

- Developing talent acquisition strategy and execution.

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools and technologies. Strong grip on social media management platforms and analytics tools.

- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making.

Human Skills:

- Leadership skills, including excellent stakeholder management.

- Team management abilities to collaborate and inspire.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving with creativity & innovation mindset.

- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Resilient and Results-oriented.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
