Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition with a leading MNC
Mandatory: Candidature should have 10 to 12 YEARS OF OVERALL EXPERIENCE and 5-6 years of specific experience in Lateral Leadership Hiring . As part of this role the candidate will be responsible for working closely with the organization's leadership, in building a talent pipeline across the Organization.
Required skills and Expectations:-
- Healthcare or experience in BPM/ITES lateral hiring and sourcing.
- Intermediary skill in Boolean search and X-Ray search - MUST
- Leadership hiring beyond M5+ - MUST
- MS Office and Advanced Excel skills - MUST
- Excellent Communication Skill (English, regional language)
- Desired experience of stake holding relationship
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills - MUST
- Preferred understanding of U.S hiring market
- Wide exposure to different HR functions: 70% Recruitment Partnering & Delivery and 30% Learning & Development, Operations and Engagement.
- Competitor's analysis, Market Insight, Role Mapping, Salary Benchmarking, Ideal Candidate Profiling - MUST
- Being part of the Client Audits, facing them directly and ensuring 100% compliance of the documents - MUST
- Partnering and Communicating with impact with various business units to understand the manpower requirement and design a hiring plan for quality resource - MUST
- Has an ability to Design, anchoring and presenting the Talent Acquisition Dashboards to the HR Leadership, Business heads and various other stakeholders - MUST
- Has an ability to Analyze hiring trends, impact, and prepared models to support manpower, and resource requirement within defined cost Core - MUST
