Senior Manager - Supply Chain - Retail

Responsibility:

Supply Chain Planning

- Replenishment management to ensure right availability at optimum stock holding levels

- Create and manage replenishment policies and parameters to maintain consistency across the business.

- Network planning to ensure supply chain capability in line with business expansion / store opening plan.

- Consolidate & centralize supplies wherever applicable

- Continuous improvement of processes governing replenishment, inventory and operational efficiency

Supply Chain Operations

- Manage DC capacity utilization, productivity & costs in coordination with Future Supply Chain team

- Review short /medium term capacity requirements and make necessary adjustments

- Ensure key KPIs are delivered for each of the DCs at the same time without cost over runs

- Store coordination and support for ensuring business continuity & addressing business challenges

- Key Performance Indicators :

1.) OTIF Delivery %

2.) Capacity utilization of DCs (Inbound / Outbound)

Data Management & Analytics

- Ensure right replenishment parameter maintenance in system, identify exceptions and conduct root cause analysis to make process corrections

- Ongoing analytics on the loss of availability & inventory optimization to drive organizational focus on these

KPIs

- Consistent visibility to business teams on - Availability, Stock holding & DC performance
