Senior Manager - PI Supply Chain and Operations - Retail

Industry experience :

- Provide strategic inputs to clients in the retail and ecommerce space in India and abroad.

- Some of the strategic projects in domains like omnichannel strategy and implementation, cost optimization, competition benchmarking, advanced analytics, robotics process automation and digital ways to improve in-store experience for consumers

- Core competency in any of the multiple verticals like grocery retail, apparel retail, sports retail, fmcg ecommerce just to cite a few examples

- Ability to manage CXO suite of clients and build strong relationships.

Academic Qualifications : MBAs preferably from premier institutes such as IIMs, NITIE, SP Jain, XLRI, ISB, FMS etc. with a solid academic background

Experience : 8-10+ years of relevant experience post-MBA

- Exposure in supply chain operations, warehouse and logistics preferred

- Consulting background or industry background (business excellence or functional role) preferred with significant expertise in at least two or more of the areas listed - Go-to-Market strategy, business planning, performance improvement of internal operations, service sourcing, outsourcing/offshoring strategy

- Demonstrated track record with leading consulting organizations

- Demonstrated experience in business development
