Responsibilities :

- The resource would be part of the order management team and would be independently handling all Order processing requirements

Key Responsibilities includes:

- This role requires frequent interaction with client through telephonic and email communication

- Sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes (Procurement, Logistics, Order Management)

- Person should have strong Domain knowledge (SCM)

- Problem solving with respect process

- His/Her responsibility is to ensure team meets the expected SLAs

- Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards and best practices

- Couch the FLM`s based on the requirements

- Support the Project coordinator for operational excellence and exceeding KPI targets

- Responsible for developing/managing Process Flow, SOPs and documentation

- Follow up with Vendors for timely delivery of material

- Close co-ordination with logistics/cross functional teams to resolve any issues

- Proactive planning and completion of task assigned within defined TAT and great quality

- Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills

- Dashboard preparation and reporting to Customers

- Capturing all exceptions

- Lead the team and own Process and its KPI end to end with full accountability
