(Key areas of Responsibilities) :
- Building the Analytics for the SCM function
- Vendor evaluation to identify top vendors
- Cost comparision for On-net & Off-net with recommendations
- Identify areas for Cost savings in SCM processes
- Procured Material cost analysis to avoid same material purchase at higher price & identify best vendor to provide same at the most discounted price
- Manage the existing reports and BI Dashboards
- Development of new BI dashboards to support SCM verticles
- Identify and implement new capabilities and best practices to develop and improve automated data analysis processes
- Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
- Design, develop and establish KPIs to monitor analysis and provide strategic insights to drive growth and performance
- Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Drive continuous improvements using data to identify opportunities/ defects and drive change in the process. Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for customers
- Build learning materials and conduct periodic training sessions with delivery teams to ensure usage and consistency
(Qualification/experience/ Certifications)
Experience: 8-12 years of experience in Analytics with 6-7 years in SCM analytics.
- Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting
- Experience with developing and managing automated reporting
- Building visualizations in Tableau, PowerBI or Quicksight
Qualifications: Computer Science or relevent experience
Certification: Business Analytics, MS PowerBI (Good to have. Not mandatory)
