Role : Subsidiaries Control / Admin & HR costs

Qualification : CA

Years of experience : 8- 10 years from large manufacturing corporations

Job description :

- Preparation of financial statements and review of financial statements for all subsidiaries

- Responsible for Audit of these subsidiaries

- Responsible for ensuring ICFR relating to these subsidiaries

- Responsible for compliance with respect to filings, Related Party transactions

- Responsible for ensuring the internal audit observations and Remediation plan

- Review and control of Admin costs and HR ( payroll costs )to all its subsidiaries , JV

- Preparation of ABP / rolling forecasts for Admin costs and HR ( payroll costs )
