Senior Manager - Structured Finance - Infrastructure Sector

Job Responibilities

- Experience in stressed asset management / resolution is a must.

- Resolution of stressed asset accounts in the wholesale platform platform including assets acquired from market with focus on infrastructure sector (power, renewables, solar, roads, Real estate)

- This may include completion of under construction projects including arrangement of finance, formulation and implementation of resolution plan for completed projects / corporates or undertaking recovery proceedings.

- Handle the assignments independently for implementation of resolution strategy through active engagement with client, the banking system and investors

- Formulation and implementation of resolution strategy to ensure recovery, improve security cover, betterment of terms so as to maximize value for the organization

- Preparation of financial models, appraisal notes, seeking internal approvals, legal documentation towards implementation of the resolution plan

- Undertaking internal and external negotiations (with borrowers, multiple co-lenders, investors and other parties) to arrive at optimal solution

- Close monitoring and management of the assets; Ensuring strict compliance with various terms of financing /resolution plan implemented

- Monitoring operational and financial performance of the portfolio and presenting the same for management review

- In case of initiation of recovery proceedings, work closely with legal teams (internal and external) for initiating / concluding on-going legal actions towards recovery of dues under various provisions of SARFAESI Act, Companies Act before all relevant forums such as DRT, NCLT, High Courts etc.

- Knowledge management pertaining to various regulations (in particular RBI regulations), laws, amendments etc. and circulating the same for the benefit of stakeholders.

Candidate Educational & Experience Requirement:-

1. MBA/ CA with 5-7 yrs of relevant experience

2. Exposure in stressed assets resolution / advisory is must

3. Knowledge of SDR, CDR, S4A is important
