Senior Manager- Strategy & Transformations

Responsibilities of the role:

Strategic Planning and Operations:

- Delivery of key strategic initiatives, undertaking market and business discovery activities to enable formation of strategic recommendations.

- Bringing thought leadership into the business and manage transformational opportunities.

- Closely track workstreams and initiatives, documenting performance vs key milestones, ensuring that sponsors and stakeholders are made aware and engaged in issue resolution

- Implement scalable operational frameworks, processes, and policies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across departments.

Project Management:

- Managing the adoption and consistent application of project and portfolio management processes and tools, to help track the delivery of the transformation program against KPIs

- Owning, maintaining, and continuously improving the PMO reporting systems and registers

- Develop and improve our approach to program, project and change management in support of the strategic planning cycle for relevant investments

- Manage process improvement initiatives within the PMO by evaluating existing practices, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and implementing streamlined procedures to optimize project management efficiency

- Act as relationship manager with key integral stakeholders and clearly convey project status and issues, constraints, risks, and plans to all audience levels, with an understanding of the impact of problems across the organisation and facilities collaborative solutions
