ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Oversee operations of e-doctor clinics across states

- Provide support in smooth operations and daily functioning for all e-doctor clinics

- Drive profitability of clinics ensuring the targeted metrics are achieved

- Maintain stability of clinic by predicting future logistical or manpower need

- Overlook that all rules pertaining to patient safety are complied with as per healthcare norms

- Demonstrate high proficiency in Information Technology

- Motive and train team members

- Assist in hiring of requisite manpower

- Conduct daily huddles with ground staff to understand potential show stoppers and provide solutions to overcome the same

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Graduate/Post-Graduate with 8+ years of experience

- Past hires have been early-career professionals passionate about hands-on service delivery in rural areas through extensive field-work.

- Team members are highly task responsive and initiative oriented. Each task is closely done - with a lot of attention to detail, significant responsibility and ownership understanding that it will impact the lives of the poorest
