Senior Manager - Strategy & Operations - Big4 Consulting Firm

Job Role :

The Senior Manager will be involved in providing objective advise, expertise, guidance and specialist skills with the aim of achieving the project targets. The Senior Manager will mainly work with the EY team to:

- Lead client engagements and oversee across work-streams

- Lead engagement conversation with CXOs of client organization

- Develop solutions to the customer challenges and identify gaps and areas of improvement

- Manage engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization

- Lead the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations

- Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views

- Demonstrate significant industry / solution expertise

- Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach

- Support people development through guidance and feedback

- Ensure compliance to the firm's standards, processes and policies

Professional Background :

- 8 - 12 years of relevant post MBA experience - Consulting background (preferably) or Industry background (Business excellence / functional role/ Solution / Sales)

- Deep understanding of technology sector. Understanding of strategy & operations of leading organizations in IT-BPO, ITeS, New age B2B SaaS & technology product space

- Hands-on experience of leading enterprise-wide cost optimization, revenue upliftment, operational efficiency improvement initiative across technology sub-sectors

- Background of strategy & operations practice in Big4 & boutique strategy consulting firms highly preferred

Required Skills :

- Expertise in two or more of the areas listed - EBITDA improvement/ Go to Market Strategy / Commercial Diligence / Enterprise growth

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft Visio

- Board, CXO, senior management relationship development & mgmt.

- Project based engagement delivery

- In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- People mgmt.

- Bangalore/ Delhi

- The consultant would be required to travel to client location
