Qualification : IIT Graduate + MBA from a premier/reputed management institute (only from IIM - A/B/C/L,ISB - Hyderabad).

Experience - Good understanding of FMCG Business

The profile requires close working with the Chairman along with respective business heads to achieve strategic objectives.

The profile requires strategic thinking, multi-tasking, ability to conceptualize and innovate, change management, designing and implementing new processes, attention to detail, working under deadlines and interpreting data.

The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges faced by senior management.

He/she will have to understand existing systems and processes across different businesses, benchmark them against the best practices and come up with strategic inputs that will design the vision of the group.

Will be responsible for studying respective business categories understand trends, developments in India and abroad and provide Chairman with strategic inputs and insights.
