Role Summary:

The Sr. Manager - Strategy Deployment would be responsible for conceptualizing and executing business/process excellence initiatives effectively driving strategy-to-execution for organization. Cross-functional program management for key initiatives and driving organization wide goal setting will be key deliverables.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategize and deploy business/process excellence initiatives across the organization that enables achievement of business objectives and drives customer satisfaction

2. Work across functions (Operations, Process Design, Product, Training, HR, Technology etc.) to align on the project charter & lead the end to end deployment

3. Identify opportunities and drive focused improvement initiatives to enhance Customer Satisfaction, Performance of Internal Operations

4. Strategize and do Program mgmt. for 1-2 initiatives across the organization that enables achievement of business objectives and drives growth

5. Establish a governance framework to evaluate the progress of the program as per defined toll gates

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. B.E./B.Tech in any field; MBA desired but not mandatory for exceptional candidates

2. Minimum 8 - 12 years of experience in driving Business excellence/Process Excellence/program management in either of e-retail/Supply Chain/ Service delivery or Production industries

3. Well versed with concepts, tools and applications of Process Excellence/Program Management/Quality Management System etc.

Key Skills Required:

1. Willing to take risks, challenge the status quo and work under ambiguous circumstances

2. Able to use data to influence senior leaders and defend his/her perspective. Ability to Influence and get Buy-In from Senior Management for driving initiatives

3. Strong problem solving and analytic skills (e.g. can conduct root cause analysis, make reservations, and track results).

4. Ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex processes, synthesize data and results, and drive toward insight and solutions

5. Strong written, oral, communication and presentation skills required (including comfort with Excel and PowerPoint). Should be able to present facts, analysis, and conclusions or solutions in a way that demonstrates command of content

6. Must have proven track record of handling any one Business excellence/Strategy Deployment/Program management functions interacting with L0 decision makers in the org

7. Good to have - Knowledge of deploying Lean, Six Sigma, Quality Management Systems, use of Statistical Tools, FMEA, Control Plans etc.
