Senior Manager - Strategy Consulting - Private Equity - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS

Should have experience into following:

Minimum 10 years of relevant management consulting / strategy experience (M&A advisory / corporate finance / lead advisory and buy-side)

Minimum five yrs of experience in private equity Commercial / Operational Due Diligence engagements.

Project management and people development skills.

Demonstrated sales and business development skills (client facing). Personal relationships with private equity clients in India or internationally will be a definite advantage.

Prior experience in private equity practices of consulting firms.
