Senior Manager - Strategy - BFSI

We are looking at Management Associates who can work closely with the leadership team to support Key Strategic Initiatives. You ideally have 3 to 5 years of total experience either with a management consulting or tier 1 research firm or with a new age start-up.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with the leadership team to support Strategic Initiatives (acquisitions, investments, other business led initiatives)

- Liaison with Senior Management and team to build budgets and monitor progress of the same

- Undertake research to collect information for new and existing initiatives.

- Support the development of Financial Models for Key Mandates.

- Perform analysis and table insights on key issues to support decision-making.

Basic Requirements :

- MBA with less than 3 years of post-qualification experience

- Strong interest in Fin-Tech ecosystem with well-formed opinions

- Prior experience in working in Consulting Firms, Strategy roles, i-banking roles, Research firms or new age startups

- Highly ambitious, energetic, passionate and a go-getter

- Well-rounded personality with strong extra-curriculars

- Analytical bent of mind
