Primary Responsibilities:
Financial /Strategic:
- Support business growth through analysis and evaluation of possible business initiatives/ mergers/ acquisitions/ joint ventures opportunities identified by management both locally and globally
- If required, interface with external consultants, research companies etc to close market studies, due diligences, analyses and to understand new developments and best practices
- Coordinate with internal departments to conduct knowledge sharing of new technologies/ products/ processes etc. identified.
Process :
- Maintain updates on new products, technologies, capabilities etc. in the Auto and related Industry
- Regular mapping and analyses of Auto/other Industries of interest, Competition, Economy etc to give inputs to management
- Prepare and submit reports on market studies, business case analyses for prospective new alliances, joint ventures, acquisitions, partnerships etc as desired by the management
- Support in commercial and financial due diligence, valuation etc of identified business opportunities to assess market and financial feasibility of the project for the company
- Support in development of long term strategic business plan and work closely with internal departments in the organization's performance management system adding value in monthly/quarterly strategic reviews
- Support in strategic marketing/ branding, corporate initiatives, website maintenance, advertisements, social media presence etc.
Learning & Growth:
- Ensure timely completion of all stages of Performance Appraisal Process.
Education: B Tech and MBA from premium Institute with 2-5 Years experience.
People who has experience in Automobile Strategy Department or Consulting Organization will be preferred
