Collaborating closely with product leaders, business development, marketing, and sales teams, you will identify, nurture, and expand relationships with key product and technology partners. This role requires a seasoned professional with 7-10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, a strong background in product-focused roles, and exposure to the global market. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligning with the company's product development and market expansion goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and develop strategic partnerships with product and technology companies. Product Understanding: Build and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and platforms, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential partners. Partner Evaluation and Due Diligence: Evaluate potential partners based on capabilities, reach, and mutual benefit. Conduct due diligence on partners, considering technology, product fit, marketability, and legal aspects. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements and contracts, defining terms, pricing structures, and performance metrics. Internal Collaboration: Socialize benefits of partnerships internally and collaborate with marketing teams to create joint campaigns and promotional activities. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact for partner organizations. Enablement Programs: Develop and deliver partner enablement programs to support sales and marketing initiatives. Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities through partnerships.
