Senior Manager - Strategic Procurement - Auto/Auto Ancillary

1. Lead Domestic RM (Steel) Purchase function/role/team.

2. Monitoring / controlling the Steel purchase Pricing as per market Trend / w.r.t. Customer Prices and ensuring completion of all activities in line with Corp. Purchase Manual / SOP.

3. Domestic RM (Mild Steel) : Strategic Negotiation for saving, Rate Approval, SOB Monitoring, PO Approval.

4. Imported RM Planning (MRP) : RM (SS/ACMS) order finalization in order to have optimum inventory

5. Slitting Job Work Monitoring: For Best Yield by nesting, Best Yield by reduces process rejection, timely processing / Alternate vendor development.

6. Others: ISO TS / IATF PO rate approval; Airtel (Data Card, Voice) services; Glass wool SOB/Rate finalization, slitting related BOM approval etc.

7. Cross Functional co-ordination in plant, supplier & HO, related to steel purchase / payment etc.

8. Periodic reviews & reporting to the management through MIS as per Schedule.
