Senior Manager - Strategic Initiatives - Manufacturing/Building Materials

Company is looking for high energy, engineer plus MBA with very good knowledge of Business analytics/Market research/Business development and Strategy.

KEY DELIVERABLES :

1. Position requires incumbent to work as part of the Group Strategy team or directly with business leaders like CEO/COO.

2. Conduct in-depth business analysis, market research and identify key factors impacting business growth/enhancing business profitability.

3. Analysing data and market information to enhance the organic growth for the business.

4. Identify inorganic growth opportunities through in-dept research and market analysis including profitability and viability.

5. Working on in-house project to streamline delivery, enhance output and improve product quality of various businesses

6. Bench marking industry best practices and preparing implementation plans for same within the group.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS :

1. Should possess an Engineering degree preferably. Also, should have a Post- Graduation in Management.

2. Should have worked in medium to large manufacturing organisations like steel, cement, ore processing, coaland CNG distribution.

3. Exposure to business analytics and similar tasks is a must.

4. Applicants with experience in Business Development of industrial products will be preferred.
