Role Title : Senior Manager-Strategic HR
- This role involves significant experience in high impact strategic interventions involving identification, design and implementation of general HR strategies and solutions to achieve agreed organizational outcomes.
- The role will be a key driver and leader in ensuring the effective development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and processes and the specific HR strategies required to build capability.
Job Location : RMZ Ecospace, Bellandur, Bangalore
Job Responsibilities :
- Minimum 5 - 7 of experience in Strategic HR roles driving high impact interventions
- Identify, design and implement general HR strategies and solutions to achieve agreed outcomes relating to organisational design, organisational change, performance management, workforce and strategic planning.
- Enhance the People Engagement framework through innovative interventions to build collaborative culture.
- Architect futuristic framework of Succession Planning that defines methodology of grooming leaders from within.
Skills :
- Maintain contemporary knowledge on HR best practice trends.
- Proven ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, and manage conflicting priorities.
- Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills .
- Able to energize others to take action on business priorities.
Education and Experience :
- Master's degree in Human Resources (Full Time) from XLRI / TISS only.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic and high impact interventions.
- 9-11 years of total experience
