Responsible for stakeholder management; driving steering committee meetings with Client Directors.

Created the governance and performance management system for the Client's India operation.

Deliver mid to large size consulting engagements focusing on commercial due diligence, M&A advisory, growth & market entry strategy, and post merger integration.
