Role Summary:
- Responsible for acquiring new partnership with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, Digital Ecosystem Prospects etc and other channel partners across various categories of tie-ups (CA/ Broking/ group tie-up) for enhancing the distribution network in West markets
- Central Process Management for crafting value proposition / PPTs and structuring financial proposition / business case for the PAN India prospects
- Achieving partner acquisition KPIs fir the year
- Responding to technical RFP's for Public Sector and Private Banks.
- Responsible for end to end corporate agency / broking and group tie up agreement / documentation.
- Creating pipeline and listing the clients, Banks and NBFCs for prospective tie-ups.
- Develop client engagement material (Updates on Insurance, Banking, Proposals and company performance presentation).
- Creating value proposition / pitch presentation.
- Structuring financial proposals / business case with best value proposition.
- Internal coordination with other functions like Finance, L&C, IT, Ops, Product, Actuarial, Business etc
- Commercial negotiations with prospective clients and structuring financial proposals with best value proposition.
Market Intelligence
- Tracking competition product offerings and rates.
- Understanding completion revenue model and best practices.
- Gathering information from various sources about the potential business opportunities for expanding reach of the company.

- Ensure MD & EXCO engagement basis requirement
- Proposal / PPT / RFP Document / Quotation to be submitted
Internal Process Management
- Co-Ordination & collaboration with the internal state holders (Actuarial, Finance, L&C, IT, Ops / BSG, PMO and Business Team ) for specific inputs / requirements
- Preparing & receiving internal concurrence - Proposal / PPT / RFP Document / Business Plan / Quotation etc
- Managing Partner On-boarding Process
- Managing Business tracker and related MIS
Qualification: Graduate/MBA
Experience
- Overall experience of 8 to 10 years in Insurance Industry
- Strategic Alliances / Business Development experience of 4 years+ in Insurance Industry
