Senior Manager - Strategic Alliances - Housing Finance

We are currently scouting for a personality coming from Tier1 / Tier2 campuses who are willing to get into an Business Development and Alliances Management role with one of the fastest growing set up into Housing Finance Industry.

KRA's :

- Identify products, businesses, industries with whom an alliance can be forged.

- Preparing pitch notes, doing some in depth research and knowledge building.

- To strategies and craft alliances and work directly under the Head of Strategy and Alliances.

- Connect HFC with Leading Housing Brands like NBFC, Hospitality, Constructions and many more in Maharashtra.

- Alliance with National Platform to participate in their events to cater to the relevant segment for HFC.

- Initiate new communities like ex.(AHAR, Suthar, Lions Club) etc.

- Initiate and Develop a Business cum Marketing Model on PAN India Level Partnering with Sector Skills council Scheme of SkIll India ( Initiative of PM Mr Modi), and to leverage the tie up's with the various skill companies.

- Act as the point of contact to increase partner knowledge and proactively train partners regarding the product, services, resources and differentiation.

- Generate partner driven pipeline through pro-active prospecting with partner's customer facing employees including Sales, Account Management, Delivery, Support.

- Provide feedback to channel peers and leadership regarding market intelligence, competition, knowledge gaps and other valuable insights gained while working with partners.

- Manage the execution and development of key internal initiatives to strengthen aligned programs.
