Our client is a Financing and Credit Improvement platform. They offer an instant revolving credit line for labourers and blue-collar workers, with an aim to improve the financial health of such workers in India. They help them to get short term cash, build their creditworthiness and connect them to the mainstream financial world. The company ties up with leading digital platforms and updates information about their earnings through their app while their digital infrastructure ensures a seamless lead and payout, and thereafter a repayment schedule.

With 12 digital partners, over 12000 users and more than a lakh app downloads, the company has been growing constantly for the past 2 years. The founders are alumnus of MDI and IIT-D, with immense experience in the tech and finance world, and can boast of partner clients like Swiggy and Grofers.

As a Senior Manager - Strategic Alliances, you will drive partnerships with banks for cross-selling multiple products to our customers.

What you will do:

- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

- Developing a large funnel of B2B clients

Connecting with the relevant folks within large corporate/ Blue Collar Workforce employers to provide them understanding of company's salary advance product & credit card for their workforce (Building presentation, walking them through employee benefits etc.)

- Continuously managing and deepening partner relationships.

- Liaising with product and tech team to get the onboarding of B2B partners

- Managing existing relationships with existing B2B clients

- Building & Providing existing clients with relevant MIS, PPT, Partnership brochure & reports to build higher information & data transparency for existing, new and prospective B2B relationships

- Identifying the needs of other companies, their decision-makers and structuring partnerships accordingly

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing new, strong B2B partnerships or being a B2B marketer with proven sales record

- Proven track record of growing and scaling the B2B partnership channel for a company

- Ability to thoroughly analyse business products and value proposition and put these into strategic thinking towards alliance & partnerships strategies

- Data driven decision making, Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations

- Skills allowing to self-manage and self-improve without a need of constant monitoring

- Big plus: Previous experience of establishing well-functioning and effective B2B partnership across industries and - outside-the-box- of usual alliances
