Our client is an innovative startup focused on bringing education in Indian schools to the 21st century using technology as a tool for creating path-breaking products in education. It introduced first 3D educational gamebox in India and uses innovative and latest technology like VR and other advanced tools to create products that facilitate creative and rational thinking in children. It offers educational games, assessments and e-learning courses for the Indian curriculum. It achieved a revenue of Rs.1 Cr. within a year of inception. The founding team has decades of experience working with companies in the education sector and other global companies.

As a Senior Manager - Strategic Alliances, you will be identifying, assessing and developing strategic tie-ups which will lead to revenue growth of the organization

What will you do :

- Identifying potential partnerships and alliances

- Building and maintaining complex relationships with potential partners in order to achieve business goals

- Handling end to end partnership execution including Identifying, meeting, pitching, negotiating commercials, and closing agreements wherever there is a partnership opportunity

- Establishing and managing alliances with all the stakeholders of the organization

- Strategically devising the right partnership roadmap for the company

- Conducting research and analysis to produce deliverables supporting potentials tie-ups

- Drafting, updating and contributing content towards the material to be presented to the clients/stakeholders

- Working with the Finance and Accounting team to manage invoices and ensuring payment

- Having a tap and driving the revenue numbers from alliance business

- Working with cross-functional teams to devise strategic plans and overall support business goals

What you need to have :

- 3 - 7 years of experience in strategic alliances

- MBA is desirable

- Experience from Edutech Industry is preferred

- Must have good communication and negotiation skills

- Must be a self-starter with a zeal to learn, perform new things and to succeed
