Job Description:
Strategy & Planning:
- Undertake strategic planning on achieving sales targets for the Strategic Alliances channel.
- Ensuring business activation of all new and existing partnerships.
- Develop and ensure adherence to Business Plans with the Partners, and end to end relationship management.
- Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance vis a vis targets
- Provide inputs for product improvements, new product launches and improvement in sales processes and operational processes
- Co - ordinate internally with the relevant stakeholders to resolve any issue pertaining to New Business, MIS, Marketing, Training, Customer Service,
- New Distributors onboarding etc.
Expanding the Market:
- Positioning as an Innovative Solutions Provider by offering differentiated propositions and solutions to prospective partners ,
- Create recognition of the brand among prospective partners by engaging with them across the segments of Fintech, Telecom, Online Groceries, E Pharmacies, Cab Aggregators, Payments, Online Brokers,
- Food Delivery, Travel Portals, Logistics, E - Commerce, Airlines & On Demand Services.
- On boarding new partners from across industry segments
- Managing end to end integration and on boarding of new partners
- Managing and enhancing relationship with partners
