Reporting and submission of statutory filing of standalone and consolidated financial statements, interim and annual earnings releases/reports to shareholders, stock exchanges and government entities, including financial regulatory agencies. This Role is accountable to ensure that statutory and group compliance activities (financial statement preparation, audit) are managed efficiently &amp; effectively within the robust control environment. - To be responsible for operational, day to day management of financial data to ensure financial control, derive insights, support decision making and make recommendations to improve performance. - Preparation and reporting of financial information supporting external reporting to other regulatory agencies - Team handling role - Good exposure in Ind-AS &amp; IFRS. - Qualified CAs required
