Designation : Senior Manager - Staffing

Reporting to : Chief Delivery Officer

Location : Bangalore

Description :

- Provide IT staff augmentation support to various verticals responsible for vendor empanelment based on requirement criteria and market indicators (information)

- Identify and empanel IT Contract Staffing Vendors based on qualification criteria

- Engage and partner with preferred and non-preferred vendors to support contract staffing

- Drive Vendors to ensure healthy pipeline of candidates which are continuously provided for various line of business, based on requirement criteria

- Provide key recruitment and sourcing advice to Lines of Business (LOB) on resource provision with an emphasis on delivering bottom-line financial savings and/or risk minimization

- Maintain necessary sourcing system data, metrics and spend analytics in support of departmental reporting, policy and procedure requirements

- Upon request, provide support in sourcing IT Project Services related initiatives across lines of business. IT Project Services are sourced both domestically and offshore and include: Application Development, Integration, Maintenance and Support, QA/Testing, etc

- Conduct vendor performance reviews based on performance indicators

- Contribute to the management of preferred suppliers to ensure best-in-class pricing, delivery and service consistency across the firm's Lines of Business.

- Communicate offer details and ensure all pre-screening/vetting processes are completed by standards

- Continually develop subject-matter-expertise in contingent workforce procurement department specialty. Remain current on competition, pricing trends, job market information, regulatory issues and industry practices

- Provide MIS to line of business and various other parts of the business

- Ensure the timely completion of contractor renewal authorizations

Mandatory Attributes:

- Should have good experience in Vendor Management in IT Contract Staffing (Vendor empanelment, Standardizing rate cards, Vendor Performance Appraisals, Vendor Performance Reviews)

- Should have good knowledge of PAN India Vendor base

- Should have good relationship building skills

- Should be a good People Manager

Qualification : Graduate from any discipline. MBA would be a plus
