Senior Manager/Specialist - HR Business Partner/Organization Development - IT

We are looking for an OD specialist person who has experience in organizational development technical experience for One of the leading Software co. for Bangalore Location

- Thorough end to end organizational development interventions

- High level maturity to collaborate/influence senior business leaders

- Having relevant OD certifications will be preferable

- Having previous experience in HRBP domain will be preferable

- To support specific performance improvement initiatives

- To identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions, conducting external research into good practice and new ideas

- To design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the organizations ambition to be a high performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a high-performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm

Note -We need candidates from Fintech/ NBFC/ BFSI /Payments companies
