We are looking to appoint a Senior Manager - Special Initiatives - Specialty Chemicals

Job Objective:

To a Road Map for Company's Growth.

Ideal Candidate:

Chemical engineer/ M.Sc. (Chemistry) with MBA with 5-10 years of experience with good understanding of Specialty Chemicals/Pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting to Vice-President Business Development, the individual will play a key role in developing the roadmap for entry and increase of Organization's presence in the assigned markets and new markets.

- Develop and manage new Product/Technology strategies, including the identification, quantification and prioritization of new business opportunities.

- Build comprehensive business case for selected Technologies/chemistries/Product Pipelining including an overview of all development and launch activities.

- Take Ownership of existing portfolio of new businesses, making recommendations on which ones have the most upside, developing business plans and ensuring successful execution of the same along with key stakeholders.

- Explore the Build - Buy opportunities including the strategic tie-ups, buy-out options and strategic long-term partnerships to achieve the Mid to Long term objectives.

- Reportees: To start with, individual contributor role
