Client Details :

- Our client is one of the largest asset management firms with their presence across the world. Currently, they are looking to recruit Senior Manager Sourcing based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR

Description :

Reporting to Head of Sourcing, you will be responsible for :

- Responsible for ensuring leading practice tools and systems are utilised (and continually developed) to support a strategic sourcing and P2P processes and be the representative in any related system user groups (both internal and external)

- Implement harmonized standards for Sourcing project management across the global organization to enable efficiencies, effective controls and Company-wide spend management/reporting

- Develop, prepare and collate management reports and information for the transformation program and ensure the department responds to any requests for Sourcing/ P2P related information (both internal and external) in a complete and timely manner

- Working closely with different business heads to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Profile :

- You will be a professional with around 5-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, business transformation, change management, P2P implementation, etc. ideally in Services/Consulting industries. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and hands on approach towards his/her work
