Senior Manager - Source-to-Pay Process Excellence, Compliance and Transformation - Supplier Operations

- This role requires a strong understanding of Control frameworks, and will require developing a very strong understanding of Global Financial Control Framework

- Bringing next generation vision with "out of the box ideas" and external best practices to transform end to end Source to Pay process, onboarding key parties into the vision and turning it into a reality.

- Ensuring alignment of the Source to Pay process to Procurement, Finance and Operations teams' priorities and external factors (such as M&A, global Socio-Economic changes) by designing new solutions and improvements to processes and systems.

- Working closely with IT teams, creating Business Requirement Documents and managing all stages of development for system changes; including design reviews, testing and end user training through a team of senior professionals.

- Working closely with 3rd Party Service Providers for developing solutions, improving service levels and ensuring fast, high quality, uninterrupted service is provided across the globe.

- Ownership and execution of end to end change management for all transitions to the affected parties: end users, operations teams and stakeholders.

- Liaise with Global Controllers, Corporate and External Auditors to provide support on process understanding and to ensure that controls are audited effectively.

- Continuous tracking and reporting of output KPI's to measure beneficial business impact of all the projects undertaken.

- Define and operationalize a controls framework in the entire S2P space, with strong knowledge of the entire Source-to-Pay process.

- Own and manage the Global Process Model for S2P processes, ensure exceptions are reviewed, tracked and managed on a regular basis to reflect the needs of the business with the team
