Requirement:  - Good knowledge and experience of US Healthcare, specifically the Payer domain.  - Knowledge of Healthcare processes such as Claims, Benefits Administration, Eligibility, Enrollment preferred  - Any Healthcare training, certifications such as PAHM, FAHM, HIPAA, Managed Care would be a plus.  - Strong project management skills with an ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.  Responsibilities:  1. Solution Design, Presales--Managing and Anchoring of RFP, RFIs, client requests and liaising with internal and external stakeholders for Solution Design, Presales activities.  2. Develop customized solution-- Demonstrate the understanding of the Healthcare Industry and client's business requirements to build relevant Healthcare industry-based solutions and service offerings.   3. Revenue Growth--Drive revenue growth for the Healthcare industry vertical for Reactive and Proactive pursuits.  4. Commercial Construct--Understand various commercial models and their implications to devise commercial constructs which are best suited to the nature of work and client requirements.  5. Preparing the commercial model estimates by working with internal teams including enterprise services, delivery, technology, transition and pricing to deliver the defined scope of services.  6. Process Consulting--Undertake consultative assignments working with client's stakeholders at their location advising them on business pain points and problems  7. Client Interactions --Strategizing client visits/ workshops  8. Creating Collaterals, knowledge Management--Build case studies, collaterals by collaborating with delivery and other internal teams.   9. Market visibility--Develop Healthcare industry based solutions, provide industry expertise and Point of view.  10. Transformation Process--Collaborate with operations team to identify automation and process improvement opportunities  11. Competitive and Market Analysis--Perform primary/secondary research to construct healthcare solutions
