Job Title: Solution Architect Proposed Job Level: Senior Manager  Function: CMO   Location : Mumbai  Reporting to: Business Head  Purpose of the Job :   Preparation & development of feasible and effective techno-commercial proposals & solutions in all strategic deals, using existing or new technologies, design and provide value proposition to customers and enable closure of strategic deals worth 25 Cr and above.  Deliverables :   - Ownership of techno commercial proposals with positioning and stitching winnable large high value/multi-year contract in EGB corporate.  - To meet and exceed domain customer expectations through cost effective, feasible and innovative solution provisioning with integration of various voice and data transmission technologies  - Proactively designing new effective solutions for different customers by tracking vertical trends / problems / business direction / growth plans; & updating self with the new technologies developed & deployed by Company's factories  - Create and design value proposition comprising of various products and services by stitching all aspects as needed for the customer specific vertical/department.   - Accountable for deal P & L and deliverable solution by ensuring correct SoW and partner selection  - Engage and drive partners to provide strict back to back SLA in the designed framework with Quality & Efficiency.  - Presale /RFP engagement with senior team of customer and OEMs  - Ensuring customer satisfaction, delight basis optimal and technically viable solution  - Defining new workflows for cross functional ownership and engagement to smoothen solution capability, delivery, procurement and customer delight.  - Forging / suggesting new technology partnerships  - Ensuring design of effective sales presentations to position the Value Proposition and benefits that it will bring for the customer.  Decision level :   Prime :   - Responsible for techno commercial deals and timelines, cost, scope and quality to the customer.  - Create and Design Value Proposition comprising of various products and services by stitching all aspects as needed for the customer specific vertical/department.   - Responsible for P&L of all strategic deals/ RFPs, ensuring no cost over runs and most importantly right partners are selected and correct cost inputs in the business case at the time of commercial decision making.  - Responsible for governing the scope of the contract for outflow to 3rd party vendors, to be in strict compliance with revenue realization from the customer.  - Work with cross functional team to understand risk profile, make sure all risks are covered and understood by various stake holders.  - Evolve accurate and timely deliverable solution documents coupled with innovation and out of the box thinking with presentation as per customer requirement  - To stitch and own E2E process of cross functional teams like Network, RA, CSD, billing, SCM etc. to ensure all responses are provided timely and within the legal and financial guidelines of the company for completion of a techno commercial offer.  - Strong customer relationship management with regular CXO level customer meetings and formal reviews.  - Handle all escalations related to redesign, solution offering etc, from internal and external stakeholders.  - Closely working with the product management, sales, project teams & external vendors to ensure development of a robust solution through incorporation of feedback on past solutions and evaluation of technical & commercial specifications of technologies used.   Shared:   - Risks Analysis and mitigation plan for strategic deals w.r.t solution capability and delivery.  - Responsible for specking customer expectation along with regional teams   - Ensure proposing and defining executable solution and service model within approved budget.  - Responsible for partner selection and technical evaluation with SCM team.  - Enable SLA compliance  - Bid response document w.r.t to solution and legal, contractual terms  - Enable timely acceptance of solution from customers Contributory:   - Decision whether Proposition is technically viable or not, within the budgeted cost and expected schedule.   Demonstrate (Skills):  - Solutioning and innovation acumen with commercial and analytical skills  - Ability to position new and innovative ideas and creating a proposition as per customer need.  - Teamwork, collaboration and good influencing skills to manage CFTs, Partners and customer  - Creating business efficiency and productivity proposition for the customer, resulting in long term multi-year contracts  - Presentation and Influencing skills within and outside the organization.  - Customer engagement at the highest level and excellent presentation and communication skills  Educational Level :   Must have:  - B Tech  - MBA from a premier B school   Working Experience :  - Strong experience in business solutions sales and technical selling to large enterprise and govt. accounts  - Business solution  Dimensions :   Impact of position on :  - Criteria of Strategic Deals: INR 250Mn (TCV) for Enterprise Accounts  - Overall Annual Revenue likely from Strategic deals - INR 1500Mn per annum  - Prioritization of solution offering by capability and criticality based upon customer requirement  - Partner management at the senior most level and leadership team for accuracy and planning.  - Networking and cross functional skills to bring speed  - Forging / suggesting new technology partnerships  - Acceptance of solution by customer leading to faster revenue realization  - Strategic deal viability and cost management, including customer expectation management
