Job Description :

- The role entails creating, leading & mentoring large teams which are highly engaged and contributing to the creation of road-maps and driving strategies for end-to-end delivery.

Description :

- Responsible for managing a high-performance team of individuals to create world-class medical devices

- Strong People Management skills with proven records of leading and creating engaged teams

- Responsible for the timely and quality deliveries of the tasks assigned to the team

- Work as a point of contact for all people-related aspects with the stakeholders and review meetings with the team to monitor the progress of projects and provide guidance, develop contingency plans, and arrange resources as needed

- Align dedicated and shared resources cross-functionally to optimise to ensure achievement of business results, acquire and develop middle to junior level resources as needed, manage pipeline and contribute to the absorption of new technologies, processes and methods by making them part of own team's delivery plan and compliant to Quality Management System and Design Controls

- Communicating frequently across all project disciplines to ensure project team and senior management are aware of upcoming milestones and risks/issues

- Develop Individual Development plans and conduct staffing reviews

- Setting up the team's KRAs and identifying the training needs based on Individual Development plan

- Develop an environment to focus on customer needs and an organization that has an advanced understanding of external and internal customers to effectively improve the design quality of products and services

- Develop an open culture to instil confidence, diversity of perspectives and knowledge sharing

- Help in the creation of Roadmap and drive strategies for end-to-end delivery

Profile

- 10-15 years of overall experience; B.Tech/B.E/M.C.A/M.Tech/MS. - Computers, Electronics /Telecommunications

- Experience in creating reports, presentations using tools like VISIO, PowerPoint, UML etc.

- Understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies

- Hands on experience architecting any of the iOS/Android, Cloud Native and/or services-based applications in the past

- Strong People Management skills with proven records of leading and creating engaged teams of at least 5-6 people for more than 6 years

- Good experience of working and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams

- Experience of working with Geographically distributed teams

- Ability to influence, motivate and lead

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Good understanding of various phases of Software Development Life Cycle

- Good to have an understanding of Medical Devices Domain and relevant leadership training and certifications

- Sound understanding of Mobile (IOS, Android) & Cloud Technologies (AWS, AZURE), understanding of .Net Framework, C#, Object Oriented programming concepts and experience in using development tools like Visual Studio 2008 / 2010 would be an added advantage
